Immigration by Investment Residency and Citizenship.

Residency / Citizenship by Investment Programs. Worldwide.

Governments in Europe, North America, and the Caribbean have launched immigration by investment programs tailored to wealthy individuals seeking overseas residency or a second nationality and passport.

Also known as "golden visas" these programs offer foreign investors multiple pathways through which to obtain permanent residency and - if desired - citizenship. The common goal of the issuing country is to secure direct foreign investments to spur local economic growth.

Qualified applicants include international business executives, investors, public figures / VIPs, and private citizens who meet the minimum application requirements.

Reasons for obtaining an alternative residency or citizenship include a better quality of life, international tax planning, and a safety net should the living conditions at home become unbearable.

Foreign investors must meet certain conditions before they may apply, and these conditions differ from program to program. Besides having the financial means to fulfill a program's minimum investment levels, applicants must generally demonstrate a clean criminal record and proof of health insurance. The actual due diligence process varies by country. Please contact us for a detailed checklist of all qualifications for the program in which you are interested.

Security. Opportunity. Peace of mind.

EU Citizenship and Residency
Immigration by investment programs have become very popular in the last few years. The most common reasons include travel benefits and the peace of mind of having a second passport should living conditions at home become unstable.

Residency programs offered by European countries, for example, are valued especially by business executives. EU residency allows for convenient, visa-less travel across the Schengen Area, a group of 26 European countries that have abolished passport and immigration controls at their common borders.

Citizenship programs, on the other hand, go a step further: becoming a citizen of a European country, for example, allows for visa-free travel to over 160 countries, including the USA and Canada. Compared with the applicant's homeland, citizenship in Europe might also mean retirement in a safe country with a warm climate, a better education for the applicant’s children, and a better quality of life for the family. In addition, applicants may also enjoy a higher level of personal security, income tax advantages, and the freedom associated with having multiple passports. Once citizenship is granted, the applicant may live, work or study in any of the member countries of the European Union.

The following table outlines some of the most popular residency/citizenship by investment programs available today, excluding legal fees. Please use our contact form to obtain a detailed cost estimate or receive additional information about any of these programs.
